Pre – Wedding Shoot in Wiltshire
Come on Ladies and gents, if you haven’t changed from your huge DSLRs yet and moved over to the new range of Fuji mirrorless cameras, what are you waiting for?
Just think how great it would be to spend hours on a photography shoot and get home without the need for a hot bath or a full on massage in order to reduce the pain from lugging about that massive camera!
Ive been using the Fuji X mirrorless cameras for approximately 5 yrs now, its completely changed the way I work, photography is a pleasure once again, unobtrusive, and fun, these cameras will put the passion back into your art.
I had the pleasure of photographing a pre-wedding photoshoot last week, before you check out a few more of the images, I have added a little information with regards to the photo shoot.
I have written a few articles with regards to pre – engagement photo shoot’s (pre wedding photo shoot) and the benefits for both the client and photographer.
It’s a lovely way to meet the engaged couple and helps them experience having their photo taken, come on let’s be honest here, how many of us like the idea of having our picture taken?
I enjoy this time as it helps my clients see the way I work, and after the photoshoot, they always say ‘how much they enjoyed the time’. The way I work, is very relaxed, its essential to allow the couple space, and to make it fun.
I tend to let my clients, sit and chat whilst I unobtrusively take those reportage image’s, no pressure, very natural, then once they realise it’s enjoyable, we can start looking at more romantic photography, if this is their wish, and most important, their style.
Using my favourite Fuji camera, the latest Xpro2 with my 56mm Fuji lens, I met the lovely Amy and Matt at the stunning Stourhead National Trust property not far from Mere in Somerset, I must admit one of my favourite locations for that pre wedding photography photo shoot, this location is also a beautiful place for your wedding, I’ve had the pleasure of being the official wedding photographer at Stourhead many times.
We spent about an hour walking around the area close to the magnificent house, Amy and Matt were such a pleasure to be with, great fun and wonderful to photograph.
Below is a galley of some of their photograph’s from the engagement photo shoot, I so look forward to being a part of their wedding at Orchardleigh House and capturing their wedding day with Photography.
